Suspicion abounds after a Russian lab tech died of what many speculate to be a pneumonic plague she had been exposed to. While Russia maintains the Siberian laboratory was being used for peaceful purposes, many believe that it is being used to engineer viruses. The World Health Organization and other experts are pressuring the Kremlin to be more transparent about the incident and the possible spreading of whatever it was that killed the technician.
